With over 20 years of experience as a licensed and board-certified acupuncturist, Deborah Maghen is highly skilled in supporting her patients on the path of healing and wellness. 
 

She earned a Master’s Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Yo San University in 1998, completed an internship at Westside Women’s Clinic, and apprenticed with master herbalist Susun Weed, providing her expertise in the treatment of women’s health issues with acupuncture, herbal medicine, and nutrition.

 

Deborah has been certified in cranial-sacral therapy since 2001 and was a former clinic supervisor at Emperor's College of Oriental Medicine. 

 

Her combined years of knowledge and clinical experience as a teacher and practitioner are a gift to our Maui community.

We’re thrilled to be welcoming Tracy Erickson. She has joined the clinic as an acupuncturist, with over 20 year's experience in acupuncture, herbal medicine and functional medicine.

Tracy Erickson returns to Maui after years on a professional journey into healthcare and the healing arts. Initially earning her certification as a Pilates instructor, Tracy earned a Master’s Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Emperor’s College in 2003. While practicing Oriental Medicine in Los Angeles, she pursued a rigorous path and completed certification as an Iyengar Yoga teacher.

 

As a practitioner at The Be Hive of Healing, Tracy combined acupuncture with yoga in a clinical setting specializing in women’s health. Outside of the clinic, her yoga practice has included men and women of all ages, including centenarians and youth. While building her practice and raising her son, she continued to study and integrate Functional Medicine into her work, with diet, lifestyle and nutrition as a central feature.

 

Tracy brings her years of experience and knowledge in the healing arts to our Maui community, which allows her to support patients who bring concerns of all kinds to the clinic.
